Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of the Wilt & Wade website, the Publish Ready guide, the workbooks, the book pages, and The Marginalia. Using the site means you accept them.

You need an account for the paid parts of the guide, for workbook downloads, and for the account area.

Keep your details accurate and your sign-in details private, and keep one account per person. If you believe someone else has access to your account, write to us and we will help you secure it.

• ·The Foundation level opens free. A set of lessons is available immediately, and the remaining lessons are offered in exchange for your email address.
• ·Publish Ready is a one-time purchase of $229 in US dollars. It unlocks the full guide for your account: The Foundation, The Manuscript, Pre-Publication, and Launch, together with the workbook that belongs to each lesson.
• ·The price is shown before checkout and charged once. Payment is processed by Stripe, and sales tax or VAT may apply where the law requires it.
• ·Access follows your account and the parts your purchase unlocked. We may add, revise, or retire lessons over time as publishing practice changes.

The guide, the workbooks, the lesson text, the designs, and the Wilt & Wade name belong to Wilt & Wade. A purchase grants you a licence to read the material, work through it, fill in the workbooks, and print copies for your own use. If you work with authors as an editor, coach, or consultant, you may take the workbooks through with the authors you work with directly.

Please do not resell the material, redistribute the files, share your account, publish the lesson text as your own, present the workbooks as your own system or course, or use the material to train or build another product. Quoting a short passage with credit is welcome.

The guide is delivered digitally and immediately, so a purchase is generally final.

If you were charged twice, the material did not reach you, or something is genuinely wrong with the purchase, write to publish@wiltandwade.com and we will make it right. Where a refund is issued, access to the paid parts of the guide closes.

• ·Book pages link to retailers and other services we do not control. A purchase made there follows the retailer’s terms and privacy practices, and the retailer handles the order, the shipping, and the customer service.
• ·Some links to books may be affiliate links. Where that is the case, Wilt & Wade may earn a small commission from a purchase made through the link, at no additional cost to you.
• ·We describe retailer programs, fees, and platform rules as they stood when a lesson was written. Those programs change, so confirm the current terms with the platform before you act on them.

The guide is educational. It is not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice, and it does not create a professional relationship. For decisions with legal or financial consequences, work with a qualified professional who knows your situation.

The Marginalia articles, the book introductions, and the other editorial pages express the views of the people who wrote them. They are offered for readers to consider, and they are not statements of fact about any particular person or business.

We keep the site running and may take it down for maintenance or updates, and we may change or add features. If a change affects access you have paid for, we will give you notice and a fair outcome.

The material is provided as it is, as a resource for your own publishing decisions. Wilt & Wade is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or the guide. Nothing in these terms removes rights you hold under the law where you live.

Wilt & Wade operates from the United States. These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Wilt & Wade is established.

If these terms change, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
